Let us tell you that if you are willing to reach by rail route while traveling to Kareri Lake, then let us tell you that to reach Dharamshala here, an overnight train journey can be a good option for you and there is a railway station at a distance of 85 km from here, which can be seen in Pathankot at a distance of 85 km and the train going to Jammu and Kashmir stops at Pathankot through this route and to reach Dharamshala, you can avail taxi or other types of hired vehicles from Pathankot.
